House is in New Martinsville, West Virginia, nestled in the Ohio Valley, on the
banks of the Ohio River. The inn is located on Maple Avenue, just one city block
east of Main Street which is walking distance to the shops of downtown.
The Bed & Breakfast was built at the turn of the century in 1903 and is a historic,
charming home. Each room is decorated in a Victorian theme. The inn is filled with
carved wood and features stained glass windows.
Whether you are in New Martinsville on business or for leisure, are a first-timer
or one of our regular guests, Magnolia House is committed to making your
stay extra special.
Our Rooms...
We have 3 carpeted private bedrooms and two and a half baths. Each of our rooms
are furnished in Victorian style decor, yet our rooms offer the modern convenience
of central heating and air.
